The Program Finder is designed to help you determine if you are eligible for a program that can help you get the Novartis medicines
prescribed by your health care professional.
Finding a program that will give you savings on your prescriptions or even free medicines is as simple as filling out this two-step
questionnaire. Start by selecting your medications - the Program Finder allows you to select as many as needed.
Once your list is complete, click “Continue” to move to the next step where you will be asked to answer a short series of
questions.
